We were so lucky to have found Chris Eldredge (and Robin!) to help us in our home search!! Our move to middle Tennessee coupled with our work travel, temporary housing situation, and general lack of knowledge of the area made our transition just a little stressful. Chris spent countless hours showing us homes, answering phone calls, sending answers to follow-up questions at all hours and generally just being there whenever we needed him. Chris was always accommodating with our schedules, came prepared with resources and was a strong advocate for us through the entire home-buying process. We were referred to Chris through an agent in my office. I am a Broker in Montana. From the first meeting with him I knew he was going to be great. Our daughter was purchasing her first home. He brought us into his office and listened to her needs. I knew she would be in good hands. In a changing market experience matters. Chris knows how to negotiate and handle multiple offer situations.
